Congrats to Sidney, who won Chasing Alex by Em Woods and A Special Christmas by J.P. Bowie! Both books will be released by Total-E-Bound today as part of the Yule Be Mine collection.

This was my street Sunday at around 3 pm, looking down the side of the street that the City of Minneapolis was supposed to plow today… We had 18″ of snow between midnight Friday and Saturday evening!

  1. I’m listening to a Harry Dresden book and the very first thing I thought of when I saw those pictures was “oh, look, it’s Nicodemus the Denarian”.

  2. Whoa, I’m with Lorraine, the guy really needs to learn a Windsor knot or at least a four-in-hand. His tie looks like a Girl Scout’s bandana. And, good golly, that snow! If those poor kitties get outside, they’re going to sink in over their heads!

  3. OMG that is a LOT of snow!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s very cold here now, about 30F but feels colder, and will be about 20F with wind chill in teens tomorrow morning. Very cold but thankfully no snow.

Oh and your story was very good! lol 🙂

  4. Hmmm…he could also be another “crick in neck” guy – am I the only one that wants to drag him away by that awfully-tied tie? 🙂

Wow, that snow! I say I wish for snow, but that may be a bit much! I think it would put me in the Christmas spirit though.

  5. Wow, I think I see lumps of cars hidden under all of that snow. We got your snow in the form of rain, lots of rain. There were a few flakes but not enough to stay around. I’d rather have snow than the sleet and ice they’re predicting for Wednesday.
