  1. Sad to think that in spite of all the wrong in this collection of poor design, tasteless decoration, faulty renovation and incipient decrepitude, it still pales in comparison to the current administration.

Gleason house: Gives new meaning to “And awaaaay we go!” Which, if that spaceship really worked, I would pile incipiently decrepit bones into and awaaaay I would go!

  2. Cat interaction drawings are great!
    Hair toothpaste? Quite interesting!
Seeing Jackie Gleason’s spaceship house was very cool.
I rather like the Moderne style house.
Hobbitesque house is cute, but I hate the smell of indoor pools.
Oh. OK. Devolving as usual into lots of WTF.

  3. Those really are accurate cat interactions! (And speaking of, hi kitties!)

Hair toothpaste sounds gross, but it can effectively repair tooth enamel? Wild. But that sounds great!

The converted stagecoach station is really neat, but I wish they’d matched the new kitchen island a bit better to the original look.

I’m not surprised that the Hobbit house is in OR, but I am surprised at the lack of kitchen. (Though I do otherwise love the interior.) Did they even read the book? The Underhill, UK Hobbit-ish house, on the other hand, has a lovely kitchen… but the inside isn’t very Hobbity. The name is perfect, though.

I kinda love the idea of having part of a plane (including the cockpit) inside a house, but those airplane seats had better be damn comfortable to be used in place of a TV sofa. I’ve never sat in regular airplane seats comfortable enough for intentional prolonged use like that. (First class is better, but those aren’t first class seats.)

Oh, and it seems we found a vampire’s house in NM. (A coffin bed in the kitchen? Eeewww.)

No Jenga stairs for me, please.
