I only love bits of that octagonal house, but my favorite part is the shower / soaking tub combo. I love that church conversion, but IMO the only place that you can really see its origin is the lot shape & placement.
About that penthouse… 1. No thanks on that HOA fee. 2. Then again, if you’re paying that much for an HOA you’re also paying someone to clean it for you. 3. But: that blue triangle shower? No thank you.
That is a very bright UK house, but it would feel over-the-top really quickly. “Very” is a good way to describe that Austin house. The cats are the best part about that KS house.
