In which there’s no linkity, but there IS a photo of cats staring you down

I’m not quite finished reading these, but I’ll finish this weekend. I highly recommend both:

Me and White Supremacy: Combat Racism, Change the World, and Become a Good AncestorMe and White Supremacy: Combat Racism, Change the World, and Become a Good Ancestor by Layla F. Saad.
White Fragility: Why It's So Hard for White People to Talk About RacismWhite Fragility: Why It’s So Hard for White People to Talk About Racism by Robin DiAngelo.

I also highly recommend Library Extension, which shows you whether your library has books you search for on Goodreads or Amazon, and, if your library owns the books, how many copies in which formats and whether they’re checked out or not.

  1. I would try to stare the kittehs down, but they would win. Partly because there are two of them and only one of me, but also because, you know, it’s a picture. 😉 Thanks for the reading update, these are ones I’ve thought about but haven’t gotten to researching yet.

  2. I am currently reading How to Be an Antiracist by Ibram X Kendi, it is very thought provoking and insightful. I recently finished Robin DiAngelo’s book.
