Here’s a bit more about Addison:

Addison Albright lives in the middle of the USA with her husband, son, and four peculiar cats (and, at any given time, various boomerang children and step-children, along with their assorted children and pets). Her stories are gay erotic romance, and tend to be sweet man-love in contemporary settings. Her education, which pretty much doesn’t get used these days, includes a BS in Education with a  major in Mathematics and a minor in Chemistry. Addison loves her family, reading, popcorn, boating, french fries, “open window weather,” cats, math, and anything chocolate. She loves to read pretty much anything and everything, anytime and anywhere.

Addison: What am I working on writing-wise? Actually, my life has gotten incredibly busy lately so I haven’t been working on any new projects. I’ve been spending what time I do have available reworking my first editions as their contracts expire, then formatting them as required for upload at various distributors such as Smashwords, 1 Romance Ebooks, and Amazon Kindle. I’ve also had fun making custom covers for my short stories that were previously released with publisher stock covers. Still to come this year are Cow Pie Bingo in April, Nevermore (previously published in Taste Test: A Day at the Beach) in July, and The Straggler (previously published in Taste Test: Shades of Autumn) in November. The first two stories in my Dream series are a larger project I’ll be working on throughout this year for their 2nd editon releases in February and July of 2011. First editions of all these stories are still available in the meantime. Should an actual block of time that would allow me to sit down and truly concentrate on a new project fall into my lap, I do have a couple story ideas rattling around in my mind that I’d like to try writing out sometime in the next two years.

  1. aww! Cleaning kitty. 🙂

Count me in on the contest. 🙂

    Thanks, sugarplum!!

    ~smooches~
    Jase

  2. *snicker*
I love cat kisses. Mine don’t play so nicely. One forces the other to submit, then brutally bathes the other one until a fight begins.

  3. Very nice giveaway indeed! Please count me in!
Love the picture… Hold still Mayhem… LMBO!

Hope you had a great weekend Chris!!! And hope your Monday is going just as nicely!

  4. Chris, thank you so much for hosting this contest for me.

BTW, I love all your kitty pics. We have 5 cats living with us. Only 3 actually belong to me and my husband (2 belong to kids and are supposedly temporary residents here with us). One of ours (Angel) is solid black like the stars of your pics. If I was absolutely forced to pic a favorite, she’d probably be it. She’s such a sweet mama want-to-be, watching over the herd. 🙂

  5. You’re very welcome, Addison!

I wonder if naming her Angel helped her become sweet. 😀 It’s been pointed out to me that, after Chaos isn’t with us (he’s a few years older than Mayhem), my next cat’s going to have to be named Murder. Hmm. Seems inauspicious….

  6. Ha! How about Bedlam or Pandemonium (you could always call it Pandy for short)?

Angel likes to force head licks on the other kitties, too. Maybe that’s a black cat trait, because none of my other cats does that, but they all know to go to Angel when they’ve got the itch.

  7. Awesome collection of books.

Chaos tries to be helpful and Mayhem is not appreciative? tsk tsk

  8. Harley frequently works on Dolly’s ears, but when Dolly tries to do the same to Harley, she gets weird looks!

I never win anything – go ahead and enter me in this one. Since I’ve never read any m/m romances, that probably means I’ve got a better chance.
.-= janna´s last blog ..From the Mail Lady =-.

  9. Now that is just too sweet!! My Max loves to lick Toby but he isn’t as thrilled with it as Max is! He tolerates about 2 seconds of it and then he gets cranky on Max!
Please count me in for the contest! Thanks 🙂

  10. Ooh, Ooh….pick me, pick me! I’d love some more m/m books to add to my collection. And are we taking bets on which one of your babies wins in fight club? You could become rich off of all the wagering.

  11. I am entering the contest.

I just love m/m romances and look forward in reading these.

    Thanks.

  12. No need to enter me in this one Chris. *TBR tsunami hit the house this weekend.*

I don’t know if I will get a “mention” post up before this one ends but I’ll try.

Hope you’ve had a good day.. I’m back at work 🙁

    L

  13. Sorry! I forgot to add please enter me into the contest!
Maybe I should get another cat.. I wake up in the middle of the night with my guy on my chest “cleaning” my nose and chin! Do you have any idea how unpleasent that feels? Especially at 3AM!

  14. I am entering the contest. I would really like the opportunity to experience Addison Albright’s stories.
