Maryse sent up the bat signal because Elisa needs our help. Her dad’s recuperating from a stroke in a VA hospital, with very little support from his family. Maryse is collecting 8″ afghan squares for an afghan to let Elisa’s dad know he hasn’t been forgotten.
Mayhem will be two years old at the end of May. Shouldn’t she be weaned by now?!

Awwww, that’s so sweet! Atticus will be 10 this year, and still likes to be cleaned by Mae.
Pugsley is 12 and he still kneads and sucks on the same teddy bear he’s had since he was a kitten. He also sleeps with it every night.

My boy kitties are too busy kicking each other’s ass all day and night long for love. They are fighters, not lovers. It’s like a feline martial arts movie in my house all day long (yes, even with bad overdubbing)
We have similar issues here with the canine kids.

Awww that’s so cute! Katie bathes the ferrets when she can catch them and hold them down long enough. I’m not so sure the ferrets appreciate it, though. They usually have a “this is embarrassing” look on their face.
