My apologies to all of you who’ve been suffering through my blog being very slow the past several weeks. I started to put in tickets about the problem over the weekend, so hopefully things will improve in the next day or two.

My Zoe loves her wand with the leather stuff on it. She carries it around and howls until someone plays with her. We’ve hidden the wand.

PS I didn’t know there was a problem with your blog, it’s always perfectly fine here! And we don’t have a goldfish wand but Evangeline plucks the laser pointer out of the basket and sits with it dangling from her claw, looking at me balefully…..

I bet that you’d like to come over and play with the swirling ribbon toy that my kitties love so much… it makes them leap about 5 feet in the air.
Mom will be up for playing again soon.
Twitching is probably fun for the cats too. You know you could just tape the wand in your hand and even if you passed out from exhaustion, the cats could still play. You’re welcome May and Chaos.
I’ve seen that twitching at my house. After playing that much, my cats have to climb up on the cat condo to recuperate. That’s the life.

The wands are a huge hit with the ferrets and cat at our house. Sometimes I have to do two at one time so they don’t argue over it. I haven’t had any trouble with your blog lately.
I haven’t noticed your blog being slow…then again, I haven’t been around much because I’m feeling pretty slow myself.

I finally dug out three of the wandering rabbit-fur mice last night, but they were promptly restored to their hiding places under the armchair and/or refrigerator. The feather wand, at least, is harder to lose.

I need Mayhem to do a little test for me because I think I have found something almost as good as the goldfish. If I send her one, will she test it out for me? Then we can judge if it is good enough for Kreature and her friends!
The magic goldfish wand bit makes me think of the magic feather wand my Tami cat has. She’ll play with that thing until she’s completely out of breath. I think it’s the first time I’ve ever seen a cat pant. And even though she can’t breathe for a good 10 minutes she’ll follow us around the house with that blasted feather in her mouth and the wand part hitting every wall as she follows us around. Ha.

um, yeah, I know what Mayhem is sayin’ – I get overwhelmed and overstimulated with that wand thing too.
At least she plays with the toy at the end of the string attached to the want. Pepper, she just wants to chew on the cord. I have weird cats.

Ah, like our cats with the laser pointer. They go so ballistic over it that five minutes later they just lie on the floor panting and waving paws vaguely in its direction…. LOL
LMAO! That totally reminds me of Hoop playing with Jazzi this morning. She’s the fat dog. He had her running around and after about 20 minutes of it, she fell on her back and just laid there. We’d step over her, rub her with our foot, offer her cookies. Nothing. She was too tired to do much more than pant and wag her stub of a tail.
