So bummed I missed the fair this year -- though no less than 6 people sent me text messages with either the sock monkey chair or the Dolly Parton seed art portrait. Seriously, though, the Michigan State Fair in Detroit is NOT the same. Far fewer things are on sticks. Yes!!
