Heh. If that squash casserole is considered healthy, it’s *got* to have less cheese than the butternut squash casserole I’m used to. (Which is magnificent, but very, very cheesy. Mmmmm.) I may have to try that recipe with other squashes, though.

I like spaghetti squash but M does not. This casserole sounds really good though, so I may try to sneak it in…
