My MagKnits pattern!

At long last, it can be revealed – go check out my felted bag pattern in the December issue of Magknits: Kureyon-chan! Kureyon-chan, or K-chan, takes a single skein of Noro Kureyon or similar feltable yarn.

“Dah-lings! Don’t you think I look simply smashing with this bag?” -C

“Oh! But this one, it matches my eyes!” -C

“And although Mom didn’t mention it in the pattern, these make great cat toys – just add catnip and you’ll get mayhem!” -M

  1. The bag’s adorable! It’s on my post-Christmas knitting list — unless I decide to make one for a gift….. And I’m not going to show Simon those picture – he’ll want one for himself! 😉

  2. K-Chan is fabulous, I’m definitely making one for myself and I know of one or two others for sure!

Congrats! And we will continue to let Chaos believe that carrying a Man-Purse is oh-so-chic.

    🙂

  3. Congratulations! K-chan looks great. Chaos and May look great! I DO think you should put some catnip in the bag and see what happens.

  4. Very cute!! I have a couple of skeins of Noro just waiting to be knit up and felted.

I actually came her from MagKnits. I saw the name at the top of the pattern and my brain studdered and said,”Hey that’s Chaos’ mom!” Congrats!

  5. I was just on the magknits site when I saw the pattern with your name. Is that the chris I know and it is!! Congrats! I’ll definitely be making one. Love your models. They’re naturals!

  6. Congratulations! Kudos to our own Chris for publishing such a great pattern. (And a big thank you to the cats for continuing to be such accommodating models!)

    WTG…

  7. Congrats! It’s a really cute pattern and on my to do list. The braided handles are perfect for it. If I’m not careful the ferrets will want one too though. 🙂

  8. Congratulations Chris! I’ll definitely have to try that out. Those kitties are almost doing a Snoopy dance with your felted bags they love them so much 🙂

  9. Sheesh, it astounds me that your cats are so photogenic, you have a great pic of them every single day. Whenever I try to photograph my dogs I get pictures of white and blond blurs.
