- We had a bit of rain on Sunday – this was 12 blocks south of me. With 11.36 in/28.9 cm of rain in June, we were only less than 0.31 in/0.8 cm from breaking the record for wettest June, set in 1874.

I love corn. Yum. I have yet to find an easy way to prepare it that I don’t like.
I also love brownie ice cream sandwiches. A friend of mine is a chef at a local ice cream shop (they make their own ice cream, etc on site) and they have fabulous brownie ice cream sandwiches. He said they had to re-work their regular brownie recipe so that it was still a good texture when frozen. So good.
