“My name is Mayhem and I disapprove of this post.” -Mayhem

Not sure exactly how May’s left eye is going to look in the end. Not only did it get scratched during the Chaotic Misadventure, but after she developed the abscess in the back of her mouth, the left side of her face was all swollen… the point where she couldn’t completely close her left eye the morning the vet drained the abscess. From back when Chaos scratched his eye, I know it will take her a while to get used to holding that eye completely open again, so hopefully the pirate thing is temporary. But while her left pupil reacts to light ok, it also seems to stay slightly larger than the right. Still! She’s alive and getting back to herself, which is the biggest thing.

  1. Poor May, hope she’s gonna feel like her old self soon

Story made me go o.O *scratches head* *tries to read upside/down* O.o

  2. Sorry to read that poor Mayhem’s face on the left side was all swollen from the incident. It makes sense though with all the inflammation due to the mouth abscess and scratched eye.

Just thinking about her painful injuries and the remaining tenderness/soreness of those injuries to Mayhem, I just want to give extra cuddles and hugs to her. I hope your injuries are all healing well too. 🙂

  3. Mayhem, be all right sweetie. The baddest Santa guy is everywhere. I was going to write a book, but I’ve decided not to because I’m scared he will be on the cover.
