Stumbling Over Chaos :: RIP, Diablo

RIP, Diablo

Chaos’ brother Diablo was put to sleep today. Apparently he had previously undiagnosed terminal heart disease and was not doing well at all. It’s definitely inspiration for me to keep Chaos active and on his lifelong diet, as Diablo had been overweight and not very active for years. Goodbye, D – I’ll miss your big purr and your stubby little tail…

What a cool looking kitty- I’m so sorry he’s gone! I definitely need to keep an eye on my big boy’s diet as well to keep him alive and irritating for a long time…

Chris, SOOOO sorry to for your loss. We lost my grumpy old man, Oscar a little over a year ago at the age of 12. It’s hard to lose a member of the family.

I’m sooooo sorry to hear about the loss of one of your Kiddies…I know that you will miss Diablo dearly. I have three 4-legged Kiddies (Miniature Pinschers) & they are part of the family, 2 of my MiniPins are 10 & 9 years old, but one is still like a puppy about a year old. I had lost my Lil’Chocolate Male, Chance, around Christmas time 2 years & it still hurts, he was like my shadow, if I stopped suddenly, he’d run into my legs. LOL What made it soooooo hard is that we took he to the Vet because he wasn’t feeling good…& he never came home I didn’t have time to prepare, we never knew he had undiagnosed Addison’s Disease & at only 8 lbs., it took him from Us within a few days. I was heartbroken. We live in PA, but my Hubby found a Fantastic Breeder of MiniPins on Nashville, TN & she happened to have a litter of puppies with one Chocolate & Rust Female MiniPin that turned 8 wks old on my Birthday…..so to my surprise, I had a Wonderful Birthday Present last year, CoCo is such a Gift, I swear there is Chance in Her because She has all the same traits & little cute quarks that He had. CoCo is Me & My Shadow. LOL My lap is her bed. Chance will never be replaced & always hold a Special Place in my Heart…but I know I was given CoCo as a Gift to help me heal. Only Animal Lovers will understand the emotions we go through when losing one of our Kiddies, I’m so sorry for your Beautiful Diablo, he will always be with You in Your Heart & Loving Thoughts. Now give Chaos a Big Hug, take comfort in him….& a little treat of some cat nip. LOL
