Misadventures in Stock Photography: Part the 111th (Hand Holding Hands)

Congrats to Darcy, who won Lesson Learned by Lillian Francis!

Welcome to another edition of the Misadventures in Stock Photography! Today we’ll be meeting Hand Holding Hands (HHH). Remember that you can hover your mouse pointer over the cover to see how I used the title in the Misadventure.

When

and

sailed into

, Ryan was

between wanting

and being terrified of opening

. His mind drifted

as he tried to recall

from his

, but

, he just couldn’t come up with any! He decided that he needed to start

right away, so he sat down with his diary and wrote, “

– I finally realize that he was

, and that

isn’t me, but his

and getting

in strip poker instead. It’s time I stop looking for

and focus on

, which is actually my heart, since you are my diary, after all.”

  1. OK, the P-Shoppers have gone too far. We’ve put up with mis-shapened, smeared tatoos and hair that looks like a wig advert from a 1950s Little Lulu comic book. But that watch is the straw that broke the camel’s back. How dare they!

Also, and less maniacally, it’s interesting that the models on His Brother’s Keeper and Three Of A Kind continue the hand-grasping theme.

Oh yeah, does anyone know where the “Cloud In The Shape Of A Boy Nipple” Photoshop Filter is available? No? GOOD! It’s almost as disturbing as that watch.

Thanks for these weekly laughs Chris. Hope all is well with you.

  2. *guffaw* That gave me another good morning laugh! (the kitty obviously suspects naughtiness, that face! So cute!)
